Morgan has been leading sales and events for almost 2 years at Windermere House. In her role, she works with many different clients to create the experience they expect from Windermere House. She hosts groups that range from charities to corporate groups to weddings.

She has a passion for creating experiences that engage all age groups and creating long lasting memories and enjoys the challenge of pushing herself and her team to creating better events each time by building on reviews and critiques. Morgan has a keen understanding of the challenges that face our hospitality sector during shoulder season and would like to explore ways to market and connect businesses over this time period.
Morgan is not new to the Chamber world: she previously worked at the Gravenhurst Chamber of Commerce before joining Windermere House. She forged long-lasting connections during here time at the Gravenhurst Chamber and is focused on continuing to build such relationships.
Morgan has lived in Muskoka Lakes for 8 years. She started her career at Deerhurst Resort and then Muskoka Lakes Golf and Country Club. Her husband was born and raised in Muskoka Lakes and owns his own contracting business, so Morgan is highly aware of the challenges small businesses have in our area and is eager to support her business community.
