His. most recent role as CEO of one of the largest membership associations in the Province of Ontario  – the Federation of Ontario Cottagers Association (FOCA) involved communicating the complex challenges facing our economy\, our environment and our society – and motivating public involvement for positive results. Terry’s specific areas of influence? Water and environmental management\, rural / sustainable community development\, public finance / property taxation\, and many related public policy issues. \nAnd we are thrilled to introduce you to Terry’s successor: Lesley Lavender\, the new CEO of FOCA. Lesley is a dynamic leader with a proven track record in communications\, marketing\, organizational leadership and forging strategic partnerships to advance organizational goals.
