DESCRIPTION:Join Restorative Yoga at the Bala Community Centre on Wednesdays from September 9 to November 25\, from 10am to 11am. \nLed by Lindsey Edwards of Namast’ay in Muskoka\, the program focuses on gentle\, therapeutic movement designed to support relaxation\, balance and overall well-being. \nLindsey brings experience teaching a wide range of yoga\, including chair yoga\, pre- and post-natal yoga\, and workshops focused on supporting the nervous system through mindful movement and meditation. \nFall registration opens Monday\, August 17 at 9am.
