DESCRIPTION:Join Mindfulness for Well-Being\, a six-week program at the Muskoka Lakes Public Library in Port Carling\, running Fridays from September 11 to October 16 from 10am to 11:30am. \nFacilitated by Jiana Cutting\, the program offers simple\, practical mindfulness and meditation tools to help participants stay present\, work with fear and anxiety\, and build greater steadiness\, acceptance and ease in daily life. \nParticipants can take part in person or online. \nRegistration opens Monday\, August 17 at 9am.
