Tony assists clients with evaluating new technologies\, pursuing patent protection globally\, and providing strategic IP management services. He works in various technology areas including electrical\, biomedical\, fintech\, AI\, software\, cleantech\, and mechanical innovations. Tony also has practical experience working with ASICs as well as signal and image processing. Tony advises\, mentors and speaks on IP for several organizations including the Spark Centre\, Invest Nova Scotia\, the Northern Ontario angels\, and several universities.\n\nGurbir Sidhu\, computer science engineer turned lawyer\, with experience in assisting technology companies to develop\, position\, and monetize their IP assets. He has extensive experience in patent prosecution\, IP due diligence\, licensing\, transactions\, and IP analytics\, with a focus on the engineering and high-tech sectors.
