DESCRIPTION:The Friends of the Muskoka Lakes Public Library Annual Silent Auction is back for its 15th year. \nRunning July 9 to August 6\, this much-loved summer fundraiser helps support the Muskoka Lakes Public Library and the important role it plays in the community. Over the past 14 years\, the auction has raised more than $90\,000 thanks to the generosity of local supporters\, donors and the Friends of the Library. \nFunds raised help provide exceptional programming\, a more diverse collection\, and welcoming spaces inside and out where people of all ages can learn\, create and explore. \nA sneak peek of this year’s auction items is now available at Here

DESCRIPTION:Join the Milford Bay community for a Beef on a Bun Fundraiser in support of Andy’s House and Hospice Muskoka on Saturday\, July 25 from 11am to 2pm at the Milford Bay Community Centre. \nCatered by the incredible chefs at Kerr St. Café\, each serving includes beef on a bun\, coleslaw\, a drink and dessert. Tickets are $15 per serving\, or $10 for kids. \nThere are three ways to support local families facing life-limiting illness: attend the Beef on a Bun event\, bid on unique auction items\, or make a donation in support of palliative care at Hospice Muskoka–Andy’s House. \nHowever you choose to take part\, you’ll be helping provide compassionate care close to home. \nLearn more or participate at hospicemuskoka.akaraisin.com/ui/muskoka2026
