As each couple leave the restaurant they come back into either the past\, present or the future and we find out exactly what lead to that moment and what happened after it. This drama/comedy is highlighted by the appearance of the restaurants five waiters\, played by one actor\, who season the play with Monty Pythonesque moments of hilarity.
