DESCRIPTION:Plant your easel for plein air in the gardens of the Muskoka Lakes Museum\, located in the James Bartleman Island Park in Port Carling. We will meet at 9:00 AM and paint til 12:00 noon. Artists are welcome to tour the museum afterwards – a small admission fee applies. Don’t forget to Subscribe to our group (signup@balapleinair.ca) and we will send you more details a few days ahead of each outing. \nGETTING THERE: Port Carling is located on the Indian River between Lake Rosseau and Lake Muskoka. Take Hwy #118 to Port Carling. Google Maps Link Free Parking is available in the town in various lots. Count on a short walk from your vehicle into the park along the paved path to the Museum.
