SUMMARY:Art & Tacos at Muskoka Beer Spa with Bala Plein Air
DESCRIPTION:The Muskoka Beer Spa is providing complimentary access to Bala Plein Air artists for the day to the whole property. Meet at 9:00 AM\, paint til 12:00 noon. Walk in from the parking lot through the guest services desk and meet under the bucket in the centre of the gardens. We can spread out from there to the quite zone beach on Clear Lake or up to one of the many gardens. We will be mindful to keep the walking paths clear and respect the privacy of spa guests enjoying the pools. El Gringo’s food truck serves up amazing Tacos and refreshments for lunch\, if interested. \nDirections: Address is 1006 Clear Lake Road\, Torrance\, ON. From Bala\, this is a 5 minute drive (5.2km). Take Hwy #169 southeast to Southwood Road (Muskoka District Road #13) and turn right\, just past Clear Lake Brewing Company. Take a left turn immediately onto Clear Lake Road and the entrance to the Beer spa is on the right. Park in the parking lot. Google Maps link here. \nWhat to Bring: A chair\, easel and art painting supplies. There are seating options\, but may not be in spots that you want to draw or paint. Bug spray although not generally at this time of year. Appetite for tasty tacos. \nPalette Suggestions: Crimson red\, magenta\, oxide green\, burnt sienna\, light cadmium orange.
