Right to Disconnect affects employers with over 25 employees. If you’re one of those employers, we are pleased to provide the attached template policy gifted to us from HR Covered. Organizations with fewer than 25 employees may also want to adopt this policy.
Note: Employers in Ontario with 25 or more employees MUST have a written Right to Disconnect Policy in place (as of June 2, 2022). This document could be a great help to you.
