Bring the family out for a fun and safe ice time! Family Stick & Puck provides an upbeat environment to build hockey skills together — from skating and puck control to passing and stick handling — all at your own pace.

What to know
- This is an informal, non-contact session.
- Children must be accompanied on the ice by a guardian (18+).
- Please share the ice fairly; no slap shots.
- Sticks and pucks are encouraged.
- Space is limited to ensure participant safety.
Required equipment
- CSA-approved hockey helmet with full face shield (or cage)
- Hockey gloves (minimum requirement)
- Full equipment strongly recommended
