Muskoka Chautauqua Festival Welcome & Opening

Celebrate the start of the 2026 Muskoka Chautauqua Summer Festival with a Welcome & Opening event in Windermere.
The program includes a warm welcome, Land Acknowledgment, sponsor and supporter recognition, festival highlights, and a special Teachings & Traditions session with Wahta Mohawk Elders Terry and Lucia Sahnatian on connection to the lands.
Following the opening, guests are invited to attend the Gallery in the Woods Opening Reception and continue the celebration of arts, culture, creativity and community.
Festival guests can also enjoy a 10% discount on food and non-alcoholic beverages at Windermere House Pub by showing their tickets.
