Dance Walk With Kate Monk to Support Cancer Care – June 20
June 20 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
SOLO DANCE WALK FOR THE HUDSON REGIONAL CANCER CENTRE
Join the community on Saturday, June 20, 2026, in Bracebridge for the Solo Dance Walk for the Hudson Regional Cancer Centre — a heartfelt fundraiser celebrating strength, resilience, and the power of showing up for one another.
Hosted by Muskoka resident Kate, who was diagnosed with metastatic triple negative breast cancer in 2025, this uplifting event marks one year since her diagnosis and supports the exceptional care provided by RVH’s Hudson Regional Cancer Centre in Barrie.
After months of chemotherapy and ongoing treatment every three weeks, traditional fundraising events like running or cycling aren’t possible for Kate — but dance walking is. What started as a simple way to keep moving through treatment has become a joyful community event focused on hope, connection, and raising important funds for cancer care in Muskoka.
