Is the chaos of work and home finding you spinning? Lacking time to reset, refresh and focus on your needs? Are you looking for a rejuvenating space as you head into the weekend?
Join facilitator Catherine on Thursday evenings as she leads the group on a Journey to Rediscovery. Through creative art and expression, we will explore new ways to reunite with ourselves as we navigate through the chaos that life can bring.
Starting October 9th, make Thursdays from 630-830pm your time to build community, learn new strategies, and ultimately rediscover who you are in this season of life.
