PROJECT BACKGROUND
The Township of Muskoka Lakes has received applications to redevelop lands located in the Resort Village of Minett, including areas associated with Cleveland’s House Resort, Wallace Bay Marina, and the Rock Golf Course.
The proposal includes a wellness centre, accommodation units, indoor and outdoor sport courts, public and private beaches, a marina with up to 215 boat slips, new municipal water and wastewater systems, and more.
