We can maintain a sharp mind, keep our memories, achieve emotional balance and enjoy less stress regardless of age. This is a refreshing new look at ways to maintain wellbeing for life.
Join us for this 8 week program that will include information, education and practical ideas to help women maintain cognitive, mental, emotional & physical wellbeing regardless of age!
