
Wellness Through Mindfulness & Creativity

Come play with us! Join us for an 8 week wellness journey.
Throughout this program you will learn various mindfulness practices to aid in de-stressing, letting go and cultivating self compassion. Through the practices we’ll connect to the present moment and then explore a variety of creative mediums! We’ll explore Messy Art and the concepts of ‘Being Brave, Not Perfect’ and ‘Emotions as a Travel Map’.
You will be encouraged to embrace playfulness and to send love inward to your own self, in the moment, which leads to more play and joy in life!
